• As many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in design, finish, texture, stone placement, size, or colour are natural and should not be considered defects.
• Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
3. Pricing & Availability
• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Jewels By Araina reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To offer COD as a convenience to our customers, we incur packaging, handling, and shipping costs before the order reaches you.
COD orders that are refused, cancelled, or left unaccepted at the time of delivery may incur forward and return shipping charges (minimum ₹250).
Customers who repeatedly place COD orders that are not accepted may be restricted from using the COD payment option for future purchases.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines mentioned on the website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Jewels By Araina shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
7. Returns/Exchanges & Refund
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product received

8. Product Care
Proper care is essential to maintain the appearance and longevity of jewellery.
Jewels By Araina is not responsible for tarnishing, discoloration, breakage, stone loss, or damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, humidity, physical impact, or general wear and tear.
Customers are advised to follow the Jewellery Care guidelines provided on the website.
